Terms & Conditions for Coach Tours
By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Travel Documents & Visas
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas for their journey.
Passports must have at least six (6) months of validity remaining from the date of travel.
Any visa applications and associated costs are the responsibility of the traveler. We do not provide visa assistance or guarantee visa approvals.
Spending Money & Personal Expenses
Travelers are responsible for their own spending money, including meals, drinks, souvenirs, optional excursions, and any other personal expenses not explicitly included in the tour package.
Pre-Departure Requirements
It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they meet all health and entry requirements for the destinations on the tour.
Any required vaccinations, health certificates, or COVID-19-related entry conditions must be arranged and fulfilled by the traveler.
Travelers must ensure they have appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and any unforeseen circumstances.
Luggage & Personal Belongings
Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings throughout the tour. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Tour Participation
Travelers must arrive on time at designated meeting points. Failure to do so may result in being left behind without entitlement to a refund.
Any additional transportation costs due to missed departures or failure to meet travel requirements will be the traveler’s responsibility.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any losses, costs, or disruptions resulting from failure to meet entry requirements, missed connections, or denial of travel due to incomplete documentation.
Any changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, government restrictions) are not within our control, and we shall not be held liable.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or removal from the tour without a refund.
